This class provides suggestions for more effective searching. Prior knowledge of the Internet or attendance at “Introduction to the Internet 1” is recommended to get the most out of this class. The emphasis will be on search strategy and the appropriate use of different search engines and databases. Basic keyboard and mouse skills are necessary for all Internet classes.
