Personal Property Deadline Monday, March 1, 2010
Forms Mail Late December 2009
Personal Property Tax Forms will be mailed out at the end
of December 2009. They must be completed and returned to our office by Monday
March 1, 2010.
Types of Electronic Files
This year we will again accept Personal Property Tax Forms
via email. There are two types of forms you can use. You can download and
print out the PDF
form if you want to complete a hardcopy and mail it in. Otherwise you can
download the Excel
file, complete the form and either mail or email it in. Either way our office
must receive the completed form by Monday, March 1, 2010.
Electronic Signature is Required
If you choose to file your return via email we still
require a signature. You can print out the signature page. Sign it. Then
either scan it back into your computer to attach with your emailed return, or
you can fax (or mail) it to us separately to be appended to your return in
our office. You could also graphically attach a signature on the signature
page. Any of these options will suffice as an Electronic Signature. If you
have further questions regarding our Electronic Signature policy please do
not hesitate to contact us at (262) 796-6649 or via Email.
Email of Returns
This year we will again accept Personal Property Tax Forms
via email. If you choose to send in your form via email, we will send a
return email to you letting you know that your file was received. Receipt of
file doesn?t necessarily mean we have processed your file and that it is
complete and correct. It simply means that we have received it and it will
be processed.
