Brookside Baptist Church
Brookfield Baptist Church is proposing an approximate 4.8
acre (net) site expansion, approximate 68,547 sq. ft. building expansion in
two phases and 120 stall parking lot expansion of the Brookside Baptist Church site located at 4470 North Pilgrim Road.

Georgetown Square Phase II
Georgetown Square Phase II is a proposed luxury
residential community located on Wisconsin Avenue east of Georgetown Square
Phase I, which is currently under construction.
Phase II, The Grand Manor, would consist of 56 units with
underground parking.

The Glen
of Brookfield
The Glen of Brookfield consists of 46 condominium units
located south of Hackberry Lane in the South Gateway Neighborhood. The units
are all single-story ranch style, ranging in size from 1,137 to 1,861 square
feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the units will be
constructed with basements and have two-car garages. The Glen will feature a
club house with an adjoining pool and deck for use by residents.
Red Robin
Gourmet Burgers
A new 5,735 sq. ft. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers will be
constructed in the Brookfield Square Mall on the former Houlihans Restaurant
site.
U.S. Cellular
A 4,500 sq. ft. retail building will be constructed at the
southeast corner of the Brookfield Fashion Center. The single occupant will
be US Cellular and will be the corporate flagship store for US Cellular in Waukesha County.
