Are You Qualified to Vote? You May Vote If:
You must complete a Voter Registration form Opens a New Window. (EL-131). The registration form must be completed accurately and completely. Additionally, you must submit acceptable proof of residency documentation Opens a New Window. . You may complete an online registration form at myvote Opens a New Window. ; by downloading a PDF form to mail; or by stopping in person at the City Clerk Office or Brookfield Public Library during regular business hours; or at the polls on Election Day. The City Clerk office address is 2000 N Calhoun Road, Brookfield, WI 53005. Be aware there are time restrictions that registration online or by mail is accepted. The application must be completed online or postmarked if by mail no later than the 20th day (third Wednesday) before the election.
