The Records Division consists of 8 Records Clerks and one Time and Attendance Clerk. The records division is open from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday - Friday, closed on city holidays. Clerks are responsible for preparing and transcribing reports for court and data processing. They primarily utilize our records management system (RMS) for recording incident and criminal activity. Clerks prepare thousands of reports annually for a multitude of purposes form alarm billing to criminal prosecution and statistical analysis. All incident reports, traffic crash reports, citations, warnings, and citizen contacts are processed by records clerks. Records clerks are also responsible for operating the Department of Justice Transaction Information for Management of Enforcement (TIME) system. Records personnel can be reached at 262-787-3702.
