Board of Review
The Board of Review is a quasi-judicial board which meets on an annual basis during the 45 day period beginning the fourth Monday in April. The activities of the Board are governed by Wis. Stats 70.47.
Open Book Scheduled
Tuesday, September 5 to Friday, September 22, 2023 (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Tuesday, October 3rd @ 1:00 pm (1st Session - Two Hour Minimum) - to schedule the hearings that will begin Wednesday, October 4, 2023 and until completed.

Notice of Open Book Period and Board of Review
Objection Filing Deadline
Thursday, September 28th by 5:00 pm - Notice of Intent (either oral or written) must be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
Tuesday, October 3, by 3:00 pm. - Written objection forms must be received. The Board of Review must waive the Notice of Intent if the property owner provides good cause for not filing by September 28th by 5:00 pm.

For more information regarding the process to file an objection to appear before the Board of Review, the meeting schedule, or filing forms contact the City Clerk’s Office at (262) 782-9650. Objection filings may be mailed in original signed paper copies or delivered in-person to the City Clerk, 2000 N Calhoun Road, Brookfield, WI 53005 or emailed to the City Clerk by the filing deadline.
