Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on the date, time and location shown below.  Upon attaining a quorum of members, all items listed on the agenda shown below may be considered (discussed and/or acted upon). This meeting complies with Wis. Stats., ss 70.47(3).

Receive the Assessment Roll and Sworn Affidavit of the City Assessor.

Examination, correction of errors and certification of corrections if warranted and acceptance of the 2022 assessment roll following a determination that open book changes are included in the assessment roll presented.

Review objections for acceptability and schedule, deny or waive hearings for written objections received. Consider Assessor’s request for Subpoena(s) as needed.

10.

Adjourn to Hearing date(s) of: Wednesday, June 25, 2022, if necessary or adjourn sine die.

This Agenda was posted on the date noted above in electronic PDF copy on the City’s website at the City of Brookfield Agenda Center.   The annual board of review notice was posted in City Hall, The Post Office and the Brookfield Public Library by May 2, 2022.    Official Notice of the Board of Review and open book dates were posted on the City’s Website and published in the Freeman by Friday, April 1, 2022.   the Wisconsin dept., of revenue online board calendar was updated with Brookfield’s Board of Review Dates on 2/1/2022.
