Notice is hereby given that a regularly scheduled public meeting will be held on the date, time and location shown below.   Upon attaining a quorum of members, all items listed on the agenda shown below may be considered (discussed and/or acted upon).

Commissioner of Railroads

Resolution petitioning the Office of the Commissioner of Railroads for a rehearing on the Commissioner’s Own Motion for a Determination of the Adequacy of Warning Devices of the SOO Line Railroad tracks with Barker Road (CTH Y), Brookfield Road, and Springdale Road (CTH SR), and for an Investigation into an Unauthorized Pedestrian Crossing and Pedestrian Safety Issues of the SOO Line Railroad tracks with Barker Road (CTH Y) and an Investigation into the closure of the unauthorized pedestrian crossing of the SOO Line Railroad tracks with Barker Road (CTH Y) in the City of Brookfield, Waukesha County, Docket Number 9150-RX-629 to request a determination that installation of medians at the railroad crossings of Brookfield Road and Barker Road (CTH Y) is reasonably necessary to adequately promote public safety.
