Request:

Amendments to Chapter 17.82 Northeast Industrial District to add “Parking lots for a period not to exceed five (5) years” as a permitted use in the district, modifications to Section 17.82.070 Site development standards including exempting parking lots for a period not to exceed five (5) years from the Site development standards for nonresidential uses and from Section 17.100.122 Landscaping, subject to approval by the Plan Commission, and other minor language revisions.

Code provisions affected: Sections 17.82.010 and 17.82.070.
