[ARCHIVED] File of Life

We are taking part in the File of Life program. The File of Life is a magnetic, plastic pouch that contains a foldable, fillable medical information card. Residents record their medical information and place the File of Life on their refrigerator. It is highly visible and easily accessible to aid fire department personnel and police officers in obtaining critical information during an emergency situation. If a resident is unable to answer questions for any reason, emergency personnel have all of their pertinent information readily available.

The City of Brookfield Fire Department has Files of Life available to pick up at Station One in the Public Safety Building: 2100 N. Calhoun Rd. Brookfield, WI 53005.
