[ARCHIVED] VOTING IS OPEN - BROOKFIELD CONFERENCE CENTER

VOTING IS OPEN AT THE BROOKFIELD CONFERENCE CENTER ON TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2020 STARTING AT 7:00AM., AND ENDING AT 8:00 PM.  THE BROOKFIELD CONFERENCE CENTER IS THE ONLY POLLING LOCATION OPEN AT 325 S MOORLAND RD - SOUTH OF THE BROOKFIELD SQUARE MALL.    THE FOLLOWING SANITATION AND SAFE DISTANCING PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE:

1.  Entrance/Exit Door Openers so voter do not need to touch door handles.

2.  Sanitation Station in Entrance Hallway

3.  6 foot marked space distancing between voters.   This facility is very large so spacing should not be a problem.

4.   Step Back Protocols at Check In Station  - Lay your Photo ID on the Check In Table and Step Back

5.   Individual Check In Poll Book Signature Page and Voter will be giving a new Pen to use and keep.

6.   Poll Workers will be screened before starting their shifts

7.   Poll Workers will be gloved and masked

8.   Express Vote equipment touch screens will be cleaned with rubbing alcohol after each use.

9.   Individual Cut "I voted stickers"

10.   Sanitation Station in Exit Hallway

Other things you can do for personal protection:   Please feel free to wear gloves, scarf or mask into the poll location.   Do not touch your face and maintain a 6 foot distance from others.    If you are elderly, sick or have other high risk factors, please do not enter the polling location.   You may utilize the curbside process located on the East side of the Building near the Visit Brookfield Entrance.   Ring bell for service.
