We are looking forward to a great summer season in 2023 at the Wiberg Aquatic Center starting June 3rd. We have exciting changes coming up with our switch to a new eCommerce Platform with SmartRec by Amilia! Customers will now be able to purchase a Pool Pass online, as well as enroll in other activities.
To create your new SmartRec online account, visit this website: SmartRec - City of Brookfield then click on Create An Account to enter all of your family’s personal data. It’s very simple!
You will find a Membership tab on the website, where you will find all of the various options for passes listed. If you are a City of Brookfield resident, be sure to select one of the RESIDENT pass options listed. The system will automatically verify your residency after your account is set up.
Once you’ve purchased a Pool Pass Membership online, each person in your family that has purchased a pass will have a digital membership card with a unique barcode that can be saved on your smartphone or accessed through the Amilia phone app. You can upload your family’s photos directly to the website. Physical cards will still be available for those who prefer them, just call our office and we will arrange for the cards to be mailed to you.
