How can I make a complaint regarding a neighborhood situation?
You may come to the Inspection Services counter or phone in a complaint. A staff member will verify the complaint. If you wish to remain informed, we will need your name and number.

When can I schedule an inspection?
If the request is phoned in prior to 8:00 a.m., the inspection will take place that day. Inspection requests fielded after this time will take place the following day.

Can I take out my own permit and do the work?
Homeowners can do a great deal of the work on their homes. They can not do electrical or outside plumbing work.
