The State of Wisconsin mandates in State Statute 101.14(2)(b) that the Fire Department conduct fire prevention inspections.

3. It seems like you're at my business all the time. How often do you inspect?

City Ordinance 8.16.020 (B) Inspect as often as may be necessary at least once per calendar year and with no interval greater than fifteen (15) months, all public buildings and places of employment for the purpose of ascertaining and causing to be corrected any conditions liable to cause fire, or any violations of any law or ordinance relating to fire hazards or to the prevention of fires.

4. What are the requirements in the City of Brookfield for the use of fireworks?
