REOPEN REQUEST FORM

A defendant has the right to reopen any municipal case based on the factors and requirements stated in the Wisconsin Statutes. There is a nonrefundable fee for requesting a reopen in the City of Brookfield Municipal court in the amount of $25.00. The Judge makes the final decision on whether or not to allow the reopening of a case. Please see the link below for further information regarding the request to reopen a case.
