Neighborhood Info Mtg #2 re: Brookfield Rd and Capitol Dr Neighborhood Plan Update

Writers’ Circle REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Wednesdays, 1-3:00pm: September 28, October 12, October 26, November 9, November 23; December 7 Whether your goal is to preserve memories, compile a collection of stories, or write and publish, these sessions will get you on your way. You will receive writing prompts, have opportunities to share what you write, and learn to give and receive helpful critiques. Led by published author Lois Patton. Registration is limited and begins Monday, August 29. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions.

CANCELED-Growing Microgreens REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Jennifer Widowski, owner of Whatever Comes Naturally, will demonstrate the basics of microgreens, how to grow them and how to use them. Required registration begins Monday, August 29. (Adults only, please) This program has been rescheduled for November 2.

Toddler Tales (for ages 2 - 3) - 9:30 am or 10:30 am

Join the Children's Librarians for stories, songs, action rhymes and fingerplays. Parents and caregivers must attend with children, and are expected to participate. Programs are held in the Community Room.
