Aromatherapy can be used to diminish physical effects and feelings associated with stress. Polly Schellinger from the The Healing Place Farm will highlight some simple easy-to-make products and different avenues to incorporate them into your daily routine to assist with stress management. She will also cover several oils that are great choices for calming and relaxing.
